Contributing photographer to Chasing Bocuse BookoPhil Tessier brought the US Culinary team to the podium in 2015 with his strong organisational skills, dedication and vision. In this book he wrote about his journey and how he coached Matt Peters to winning Gold two years later. Phil invited me to Napa to photograph the details of the process, the platters and contributing chef recipes.
